Cooking with Confidence

Duration: 10 WEEKS

Type: Practical Cookery Class to help parents to gain confidence in the kitchen, prepare simple dishes and understand the importance of good nutrition and non-processed food. The class covers rice, flatbread, meat, chicken and vegetarian cookery  and the class shares a meal in class, before taking home a portion to eat and share.

Student Type: Women only

Languages: English, Urdu, Gujerati spoken.

When: January- August 2024
